For this deliverable, you will assume the role of project manager and compose an email to your project team members. To guide your work, you will draw from the readings in the course textbook as well as our class discussions and employ rhetorical strategies that are responsive to the communication demands of the following scenario:
You have just sat through 4 hours of meetings in which the organization’s yearlong global communications plan was announced. During the meetings, you learned that your committee was assigned the responsibility for planning and implementing the organization’s social media platform for making the organization more visible on a local and global scale.
In order to begin planning work schedules for the project, you need to know the work schedules of your team members so that you can determine appropriate meeting times and dates during which you can conduct your work. As such, you need to compose an email asking your team members what their work schedules and availability are for the next semester. Please note that this project likely will continue for an additional semester beyond the initial 2-3 months left in the current semester.
