For example, you could focus the on the advantages and disadvantages of either type of plan, the investment returns of DC plans compared to DB plans, the adequacy of benefits of each, issues associated with pension liabilities and contributions, abusive practices associated with either DC or DB plans on the part of both employees and employers, retirement practices in the private sector, and the accountability and transparency issues associated with each, amongst others.
Much of your research will probably be internet-based, but you are encouraged to use other sources. Above all, you should use scholarly research articles. I want to see EVIDENCE-BASED arguments. Where evidence is lacking, I want to see logical argumentation.
