Your contact is the corporate safety director.
For this assignment, formulate a plan that can be used by the manufacturing company to measure safety performance within the organization, which includes both manufacturing facilities. The plan you formulate should be directed to your contact, the safety director. Also, provide a justification for your plan to the customer. Submit your response in APA format.
