Choose a current research topic that either addresses the efficacy of a popular diet or diet methods for weight loss or the efficacy of surgical techniques for weight loss that interests you. Choose one of the two topics below.
Choose two recent (2014-present) research publications that address the topic you’ve chosen. In their results and conclusions, these two articles may have the same or opposing findings. Use case studies, case series, and meta-analysis/systematic reviews sparingly. For this paper, case-control, longitudinal, or randomized-controlled studies are appropriate.
